This symposium will delve into such microbial processes that, in nature, are manifested in the form of geochemical phenomena, and in the process hold implications for biosphere health.
Sessions will include, but are not confined to,
- microbial ecosystems;
- terrestrial, marine, estuarine, and subsurface microbiology;
- metabolisms concerning biogeochemical cycles;
- geobiological evolution of Earth and the future of planetary health.
