General information · Registration is a must for attending MNM 2017, with or without Abstract submission. The Registrationform is common for all, and the same is downloadable from the link given at the bottom of this page. Delegates who want to participate with submitted Abstracts (Presenting Authors of Abstracts) need to additionally download, fill-up, and upload the Abstract-form-cum-Template (from the relevant links given in the Abstracts page of this website). · The registration window is now open. Deadline for registration is September 30th (23:59 IST). · Only online registration is acceptable. Spot Registration facility will not be available. · Within the Registration form, all Delegates must provide information for their preferred themes of participation (maximum of three) in the specified column. All MNM 2017 themes are given in the About the Meeting page. · Registration fee (Rupees 5000 for all Faculty members and Rupees3000 for all categories of students, including Post Doctoral and Doctoral Fellows, and Graduate and Post-Graduate students) is same for delegates participating with or without Abstract submission. · Student Delegates must additionally upload (via the specified link given at the bottom of this page) the scanned copy (in JPEG / PDF format) of a certificate (in official letter-head) from their Supervisors/Head of the Department/Head of the Institution endorsing their academic status. · All enquiries related to Registration / Abstract-submission should be directed to email@example.com.
Letter of Invitation to meet any official requirement of a Delegate · An official letter of invitation in MNM 2017 letterhead can be issued by the Secretariat to assist participants with visa applications / travel grant procurement / leave applications etc. for attending the conference. If you require such an official letter of invitation, after you have successfully registered, please send your request via an e-mail (from your unique identifier email ID) to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Subject line “Request for Official Invitation Letter”.The Secretariat will email you a scanned copy of the letter of invitation within three working days from receipt of your request.
